It takes us 3 days to make our dough! No "throw it together and serve it now" from us. By waiting it gives the yeast, sugar, and herbs a chance to meld and develop our unique flavor. The dough rises twice to ensure a crisp crust. We add our pizza sauce made with vine ripened San Joaquin Roma tomatoes, herbs and spices that are simmered to perfection.
