Our sandwiches are served on a sourdough roll from San Jose's - "Roma Bakery".  We layer provolone cheese & bake it in our ovens.  This hot roll is layered with San Joaquin tomatoes, romaine lettuce and sweet red onions.  Served with your choice of a side Italian salad, side Caesar Salad or a cup of soup. Sit back and enjoy this mouthful of freshness. Pizzaiola Sauce is our marinara sauce with additional onions and bell peppers.

Sausage, onions, bells, bells, herbs, wine   Our meatballs have been soaking in a meat sauce all day then a topping of Pizzaiola is added.

Breaded Veal Patty with a Pizzaiola Sauce.   We marinate our chicken breast for 24 hours. This is a basic chicken sandwich but oh so good.

We marinate our chicken breast and a Pizzaiola to this succulent chicken.   We layer our special pesto mixture over our marinated chicken breast.
